HELLAS CLEAN PROJECTS

The final stage of every project.

Specialist final cleaning for new builds, renovated properties and commercial spaces.

Projects

The quality of a project is also reflected in how it is handed over.

HELLAS CLEAN Projects is the specialist division for the final cleaning of new builds, renovated properties and commercial spaces.

Each project is assessed according to its actual condition, surfaces, requirements and schedule, so that delivery is adapted to its specific needs.

PROJECT HANDOVER SEQUENCE

From the actual condition to an organised handover.

Select each stage to see what is considered and what should be clarified before the next stage begins.

01 · SITE ASSESSMENT

The actual project condition comes before the proposal.

The space, surfaces, condition, work residue, access and operational constraints are considered.

  • Spaces and surfaces
  • Condition and residue
  • Access and safety

The sequence presents the organisational approach. The final plan is prepared exclusively for the specific project.

Selected applications

Real spaces, presented without naming clients.

Type of property, approximate area and intended use.

Stage of works

The current stage and any work that remains in progress.

Handover timeframe

The required completion or handover window.

Access and working hours

Available access, site restrictions and permitted working hours.

Materials or surfaces that require particular attention.

Supporting material

Current photographs or plans, where available.

The assessment, execution and completion review apply to the scope of work agreed for the specific project.

Before the assessment

Practical answers before a project proposal.

The final scope is prepared after the project's actual condition, surfaces, access and timeframe have been reviewed.

Is a site assessment required before the proposal?

A site assessment is the safest way to establish the condition, surfaces, work residue and actual constraints. Photographs or plans can support an initial review, but they do not always replace an assessment of the space.

When can final cleaning begin?

Scheduling takes place when work that creates new dust or residue has been substantially reduced and the site is safe and accessible. If other contractors remain active, the zones and sequence of work must be agreed.

Can the project be handed over in phases?

Yes, provided that clear zones, priorities and handover windows can be defined without subsequent work affecting areas that have already been cleaned.

What is agreed before work begins?

The spaces and surfaces, residue to be addressed, special requirements, access, available timeframe and completion-review method are defined.

The final proposal applies only to the scope and conditions agreed for the specific project.

PHOTO BRIEF · PROJECTS

Share the project's first picture.

Describe the space, surfaces and preferred timeframe. You may attach up to five recent photographs or supporting files for a more useful initial assessment.

  • Photographs support the initial review; they do not always replace a site assessment.
  • The form does not generate an automatic price or binding quotation.
  • A specific proposal is prepared after the space and requirements have been reviewed.
